Shape Up Fast with Slim in 6 and Shakeology Meal Replacement Shakes

Your body’s metabolism can be increased on a temporary basis when you do cardio. But if you want 24 hour a day increased fat burning then you need to do some resistance training (also known as weight lifting). Many women shy away from this concept fearing that they will get too muscular. But that’s just a myth. The truth is that women don’t have enough of the hormone testosterone to grow a bunch of muscle.
