Of all the Lord of the Rings swords and collectibles, this piece is one of the most impressive. This sword is a huge one and it is almost 55 inches long. The blade itself is almost 49 inches long and it is made with 420J2 stainless steel. The handle is wrapped with real leather, there is a fully metal cross-guard and the rest is done in an antique metal finish. It is not battle ready, but does come with a wooden plaque so it can be displayed. It also comes with a certificate of its authenticity. It can be taken along for role playing gatherings, but keep in mind it is heavier than carbon steel swords.
